Do you like talking with people? Are you passionate about the environment?

If so, this could be the perfect volunteer role for you. We will provide full training and equipment to give you the confidence to talk with visitors about our projects and services.

Are you a confident and enthusiastic cyclist? 

Do you know Strathaven and the surrounding villages like the back of your hand?

If so, come and have a go on our amazing electric cargo bikes (called eCargo for short) to see if you'd like to become a rider.

Do you just hate food waste? 

Would you like to help redistribute fresh food that would have ended up in landfill? 

If so, our Community Fridge project could provide you with the perfect volunteer experience. 

Do you love being outdoors? Do you have gardening skills you’d like to share? Or are you keen to learn new skills in food growing and/or planting trees?

Our Little Free Library is a much loved resource, currently doted on by just one volunteer!! We need to increase the number of people involved in running this book sharing service - can you help?

Are you passionate about climate change? Do you like researching environmental topics and writing for social media? Our small team are looking for volunteers to write content for us to post on our social media platforms...
