CAS Car Hire

- Drivers must be aged between 25 - 70

- Drivers must hold a full, clean, and up-to-date UK license 

- Drivers must have held this license for a minimum of 2 years

- Proof of address dated within the last 3 months must be shown, and the details must match the license provided

- There is a mileage cap of 150 miles, after which a 15p/mile surcharge is added

- Any charging fees accrued on the provided ChargeCard during the hire are payable on return of the car

- In the event of accident that is the driver's fault, the driver is liable to pay an insurance excess of £1000. 

- The car is fitted with a DashCam. This must remain plugged in at ALL TIMES. Failure to do so will result in the insurance being invalid and the hirer being liable for all damages in the event of an incident.  

- The driver is responsible for any fines accrued whilst the car is on hire

- Valid and up-to-date Driving License 

- Proof of Address

- A note of your National Insurance Number

Come to our hub at 5 Green Street, Strathaven, ML10 6LT.

- We'll go through your hire agreement and you'll pop your license details through the DVLA website to generate a code for us. 

- A photo of your License will be kept on file by CAS and will not be shared with any third party (in accordance with GDPR)

- Payment will be taken and we'll talk you through the vehicle and do a pre-hire check

- Then you're ready to drive away!

1 Day - £44

2 Days - £90

3 Days - £140

4 Days - £195

5 Days - £260

6 Days - £330

7 Days - £405

A surcharge of 15p/mile will be charged after 150 miles 

The vehicle will have a full tank of petrol on collection, and should be returned with a full tank of petrol.

Failure to do so will result in a fee.
